As having a significant expertise in contraction and infrastructure projects, our Office actively participates in every stage of these projects by providing the services of drafting any kind of contract and documentation, including without limitation to project contracts, subcontracts, supply contracts, licensing agreements, technical consultancy agreements, and joint venture & consortium contracts, conducting the negotiations and finalizing of the same, as well as providing any kind of legal assistance with respect to related public and private tenders.

In addition; our Office, which is considerably experienced in FIDIC contracts, also provides consultancy services regarding drafting of particular conditions documents under projects which are subjected to FIDIC contracts, providing information to its clients regarding any kind of FIDIC contracts (Red Book

Yellow Book and Silver Book) and providing all necessary legal assistance during the finalizing and signing of such contracts.

The capabilities of our Office are not limited with providing assistance during the initial phase of the projects, but also cover the claim management services to be conducted following the signing of the related project contracts. We provide necessary claim management services in case of occurrence of any claim or dispute during the implementation of the projects and initiate required litigation or arbitration procedures, if needed as a result of such disputes, with solid and concrete legal evidences to be established during the respective claim management process.
