Our Office, which has a significant experience in legal matters especially related to establishment and operation of solar and wind power plants as well as providing consultancy services to many HEPP projects as from their establishment, has been actively operating in all areas of the energy sectors.

Our expertise in this field is not limited to providing legal consultancy services, but also includes determining the most appropriate investment structure together with the investor by taking into consideration of legal, financial and taxational aspects before the commencement of the investment, making the investment plan, drafting of the documents needed for project financing and drafting the contracts to be signed with the contractors, subcontractors and suppliers of the project.

In addition, alternative solutions are produced for the transfer of the unlicensed electricity generation right so that projects and share transfers can be made in such a way that they do not exceed the limitations set under the current legislation, and accordingly we enable the investors to be included in the process at every stage of the projects.
