Attn. Pınar İSKENDER ERKUT, the founder of our Office, has graduated from Başkent University on 2004 and completed her master’s degree in International Commercial Law (LLM) in Bournemouth University, England. Erkut has started her career as a contract specialist in Aselsan, which is Turkey’s largest defense company, and after leaving there, she continued her career as the partner of one of the leading law firms in Turkey for many years. Erkut, who provided consultancy services mainly to foreign investors and especially companies operating in the fields of energy, construction and defense industry throughout her professional life, has expertise in construction law, energy law, defense industry, contracts law, mergers and acquisitions and project finance, as well as litigation and arbitration.
In addition, Erkut has been providing senior executive manager trainings for many years to senior executives of her client companies on the practical legal information they need in commercial life and she continues to share her knowledge and experience within the body of Erkut Law Office.
