LABOR LAW

Our office provides information and renders legal opinions to its local and foreign clients on Turkish labor law system and practices in Turkey, as well as drafting any kind of contract and documents which are needed by the clients for the employment of their personnel. Especially, we aim to ensure our clients to avoid any possible labor law related litigation files and any possible damages and losses which may be resulted from such litigation by providing legal assistance during their employment procedures and to maintain the alliance of such procedures with the current laws and regulations.

In that respect; we prepare Guidelines for Labor Law to be used by the clients as an inner directive to cover all labor law related transactions of the clients. We take into consideration of the specific needs and operations of the client during the preparation of this document and aim to provide a detailed and comprehensive guidance to the HR personnel of the clients to comply with the legal requirements while signing or terminating the employment contracts and taking any action with respect to labor law procedures to avoid any possible related damages and losses of clients.

Our services in this field are not limited with the consultancy services, as we successfully represent our clients before courts in case of any litigation or legal action.
