Our Office, who have been providing consultancy services to several leading Turkish banks for years, has a significant expertise in drafting of customized loan agreements and security agreements, duly establishment of required securities under the loan agreement and providing letter of conformity to enable the extension of the loan to the borrower upon closing.

Our expertise in this field is not limited with the provision of consultancy services to banks, but also includes the provision of consultancy services to investors who are willing to finance their projects by loan facilities. We provide legal assistance to such investors regarding the revision of the loan agreements proposed by financial institutions, conducting the necessary negotiations with the banks on behalf of the clients, ensuring the proper completion of the closing actions and any need of legal consultancy during further amendments of the respective loan agreements.
