AMNESTY LAW IS PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE

“Law on Amendment of Execution of Sentences and Security Measures Law and Some Various Laws” numbered No. 7242 which is generally called “Amnesty Law” and one of the mostly discussed topics recently is approved by the Grand National Assembly and came into force on 15.03.2020 by the publishing of the same in Official Gazette. With the Law, which contains comprehensive regulations, some amendments were introduced on many issues such as probation period, determination of good conduct, scope of special execution procedures and conditional release and determination of those who will be transferred to the open penal execution institution.
