COMMUNIQUE REGARDING THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE PAYMENTS ARISING FROM SALES AND RENTAL OF STATE-OWNED REAL ESTATES IS PUBLISHED

The General Communiqué of National Estate No. 399, which determines the procedures and principles regarding the implementation of subparagraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 1 of the Law No. 7244 on Reducing the Negative Effects of Coronavirus (Covid-19) In Economic and Social Life, is entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 22 April 2020 and numbered 31107. In the said Communiqué, the conditions and application procedures to benefit from the right to postpone the payments arising from the sales and rental of the state-owned properties within the scope of the relevant Law are regulated.
