THE PERIOD FOR THE SUSPENSION OF THE TRIAL PERIODS IS EXTENDED DUE TO COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS)

In accordance with Presidential Decree published in Official Gazette on 22.03.2020, all execution and bankruptcy proceedings were ceased until the date of 30 April 2020, within the preventive measures taken for COVID-19 (Corona Virus).

Since the epidemic is still effective within the country, the period for the suspension of the trial periods is extended until the date of 15 June 2020 in accordance with the Presidential Decision No. 2480 which is published in Official Gazette dated 30.04.2020 and numbered 3114.
