A NEW CIRCULAR IS PUBLISHED REGARDING THE ADDITIONAL MEASURES TO BE TAKEN FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES UNDER THE SCOPE OF COVID-19

Additional measures have been taken for the public employees under scope of COVID-19 by the publishing of the Circular No. 2020/4 in Official Gazette dated 22.03.2020 and numbered 31076. Pursuant to such Circular, in order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic in our country, new working methods such as remote working, flexible working in public institutions and organizations may be applied, regardless of the way of the employment of the employees, provided that there is a minimum number of staff to meet the need to avoid interruption in public services and not to weaken the efforts spent to mitigate the effects of the epidemic. With this Circular, it is aimed to implement measures to protect both public employees and public health while preventing disruption of public services.
