ALL PROCESSES RELATED TO EXECUTION PROCEEDINGS ARE CEASED DUE TO THE PREVENTIVE MEASURES TAKEN FOR COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS)

In accordance with Presidential Decree published in Official Gazette on 22.03.2020, within the preventive measures taken for COVID-19 (Corona Virus), all execution and bankruptcy proceedings that are being carried out throughout the country are ceased from the date of enforcement of the related decision until the date of 30 April 2020, excluding the execution proceedings arising from the receivables under sustention debts. During this process, the party and follow-up procedures will not be followed, new requests for execution and bankruptcy will not be accepted and the preliminary injunction decisions will not be enforced and executed.
