Regulations on Tax Debt Restructuring Entered into Force

New regulations on tax debt restructuring entered into force in accordance with the “Law on Restructuring Certain Receivables and Making Amendments in Some Laws” numbered 7256, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 17 November 2020 and numbered 31307. Pursuant to item (a) of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Law; in order to benefit from the provisions of the Law, an application must be made to the relevant administration until 31.12.2020 (including this date).
