THE PERIOD FOR THE PROHIBITION OF TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS HAS BEEN EXTENDED

In accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 2707, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 30.06.2020 and numbered 31171; the duration of the prohibition for the termination of employment or service contracts for three months, as regulated under the temporary Article 10 of the Labor Law, was extended by one month, in line with the extension of the period to benefit from the short-time working allowance.

Within the scope of the related Temporary Article 10, the implementation for the partial or complete unpaid leave is also extended for one month accordingly.
